I moved Kamakura. These days I’m very busy for commercial works, but this place has a good atmosphere for walking, so am a little bit confused.. Btw, I started “doodling on paperback” series in instagram. Of course to scribble on the paperback is perfectly meaningless, but I don’t know why, have so much fun. (Curiously, in most cases all kinds of drawings are OK because printed characters will help drawing. ) I wanna hold a small solo show about it in the near future, like a “Fake covers / the store of doodling on Secondhand books”, does anyone know a good place for it ? Small cafe where we can read books or Secondhand bookstore?
I drew a picture and went a cafe for playing music with my friends for a really nice couple. In that case, basically I'm not nervos so much, but last night was not. We went the cafe 2 hours before the doors open for a sound checking, and I gazed blankly at a timetable, suddenly realized very famous my favorite musician, Mr. Keiichi Sokabe plays after us. "OMG! I really don't want to play a guitar at the same stage !! As different as chalk from cheese !!" But of course couldn't run away, so we got by. ...After playing music ourself, I got a seat in front of the musician, and could feel the marvelous music. I just cried, drunk a lot of beer. It was a lovely night.

A company in Nihonbashi asked me to held a solo show for a new small building, and the building’s name is "HAMAHOUSE”. Incredible. So I’m going to have my first solo exhibition from 15th Sep to 16th Oct. The theme is "EAT", I'm going to exibit my new style illustrations and daily sketches. Opening party is going to start from 6:30pm of 15th, but maybe I'll draw a mural on window of the cafe from noon, so if you have a time, let's drink beer with me from daytime! Of course welcome the person of the first meeting!
Newest issue of MEN'S CLUB Magazine is out this week. This time, I illustrated for an article about men's pubic hair.. Thinking that how to draw sensitive theme is every time interesting for me.

I had a long vacation in Oct to Dec last year, so I received many jobs for illustrations. But of course it made me very busy and pushed into a tough situation. I wonder why I sometimes draw unrelated illustrations or make animations just when I busy.. Maybe it’s something like that children make a doodle or read comics when they have a lot of homeworks. Btw, when I tired of listening a music during work, listen radio or take a glance at comedy show on Youtube. Especially my current favourite comedian is Blouson-Chiemi with B(“B” is Brilliant). Basically Brilliant speak nothing all the time, but they have a unique way of seeing things. I wish my illustrations could so.
I’m always drawing pictures in my room. Room, T-shirts and I. Anyway, my illustrations are in Pen plus Magazine feauturing Mr. Nigo edition. This time I got draw architecture and inside some rooms. Please check it when you are around bookstore! About coffee pages were particularly interesting!
