昨晩、素敵な夫婦の結婚披露会があり、友人とバンド組んで演奏、上の絵も描いてって掲げたり。そこまではよくある話ですが、会場に前入りして音出し後、ふとタイムテーブルを見ると、

自分たちの演奏後が、まさかの曽我部恵一さん。。。「それ、もっと早く言ってよ〜っ！」な松重豊さんのCM状態。月とすっぽん。駿河の富士と一里塚。いや、勿論比べること自体メチャ失礼、意味不明な話なんですが、とにかくそんな場所でギター弾ける訳ねぇ〜！Alex Rossの前で絵が描けるか？否。と半泣きに。

とは言うものの逃げ出す訳にも行かないんで、なんとか演奏して、曽我部さんの演奏を一番前の席を陣取って拝聴。去年、秋田県の肘折温泉までライブ見に行ったりしてるくらいのファンではあるので、演奏開始10秒で涙腺崩壊。サニーデイサービスの「花火」から始まるナンバー。泣いた。酒も飲んだ。素敵な夜でした。

I drew a picture and went a cafe for playing music with my friends for a really nice couple. In that case, basically I'm not nervos so much, but last night was not. We went the cafe 2 hours before the doors open for a sound checking, and I gazed blankly at a timetable, suddenly realized very famous my favorite musician, Mr. Keiichi Sokabe plays after us. "OMG! I really don't want to play a guitar at the same stage !! As different as chalk from cheese !!" But of course couldn't run away, so we got by. ...After playing music ourself, I got a seat in front of the musician, and could feel the marvelous music. I just cried, drunk a lot of beer. It was a lovely night.
